This site provides information on Colorado Breeding Bird Atlas history, Methods, and Results, with a link to purchase the new 744-page book, The Second Colorado Breeding Bird Atlas, edited by Lynn. E. Wickersham. Co-publishers Colorado Bird Atlas Partnership and Colorado Parks and Wildlife released the book in November of 2016 to a welcoming audience. The book provides a wealth of information on the distribution, habitat use, and breeding phenology of Colorado’s birds. Please take some time to peruse the website and learn more about the Atlas.
